  1. In Atlanta we gad Delta electronics. Very similar. And we had Austin electronics. Very cool stores

  2. Hopefully you found the connectors you needed

  3. Haven’t seen one of these stores since Silicon Valley…

  4. I’m here today Sep 2nd after see your video but they closed labor day😢

this store are heavenly place for guy like me

  5. Love this place!! Sometimes the algorithm works great and sends cool things my way! There is another place in NW Houston called Altex. Tons of parts also just minus the vintage stuff.

  6. Paused to read the Shoplifting Sign, ….we are doing everything to hang on … this was very sad to read. What a store. I could spend weeks inside just looking over all this stuff. I sure would not leave without buying something. Shoplifting from a store like this … triple shame on you.

  7. EPO is still around! I went there back in the 00s and spent way too much time shopping.

  8. Used to go here when I was a kid. Up top there was a model train set that would circle around the whole place which was cool to see. Dunno if it is still there but they stopped rolling it around ages ago. You might see the track still though.

  9. The Hawaii 50 theme song is playing, nice.

  10. Where is this place? Address and phone number would be great

  11. I just drove past this place today. What are the odds that YT would send me this vid… TODAY?

I’m in Texas but Houston’s a cool 640 mi away from me so gosh even if I might run to Odessa for $180 mi East to grab something that’s one thing but my gosh Houston over 600 miles, no 😮
But I would like to it’s on my list if I ever go that way again.
OneNote it’s going to be Dallas that gets the third largest megalopolis in America because Houston is on the road to about nowhere unless you’re going to Houston. Lol
Thank you for the video we’re spending a day in there.

  13. looks like my bedroom when i was 14

  14. usually pisses me off when people ask for likes and subs but after an hour and 3 mins of some of my favorite content on you tube recently I had to fold. Looking forward to next upload!

  15. Great place! Been going there since I started my EE degree. Probably nearly 20 years now… Wow does time fly. I’m just happy we have 2 good electronic stores in Houston. ACE Electronics is the other, but it isn’t as fun as EPO.

  16. Lightning mcqueen crt spotted

  17. Soon I seen the batman Detector I would of bought the radio

  18. We used to have a store like this called Electronics Exchange, but on a smaller scale. If the owner knew you, you could go in the basement where all the stuff was that didn’t sell but too good to throw away. It is obvious the person who set this up has OCDP. Very organized and no junk in the aisles.

must put them on the map… keep them going

  20. never knew this store would be so near me n i overlooked it throughout the years!!! its just 2 miles away!!!

  21. 4:48 I have that exact CB radio. Still works. Bought it at a hamfest either in Richmond, Virginia or at the Raleigh Hamfest in North Carolina some years ago.

  22. Reminds me of Skycraft in Orlando.

  23. @manuelbeltranvalle January 29, 2025 at 1:54 pm

Dude, you missed one of my favorite items to admire, the leg lamp from Christmas Story. I keep asking my wife if she’ll let me bring it home. Maybe this is the year🤞🏼

  24. Nostalgic Ear & Eye Candy. WOW, if the tour wasn’t enough the ASMR value of the background soundtrack was awesome.

  25. It has been a long time since I have visited the EPO Fondren location. EPO use to have another location near Willowbrook Mall but, sadly, it closed.

  26. Also, the staff there are very freindly

  27. Wish a spot like this in Dallas

  28. Foudren and Lipan

  29. If you like electronics and hobbist stuff check out Ace Electronics off of Antoine and 34th in NW houston.

  30. Absolutely spectacular but if it were only organized.

  31. Been going to EPO for 20 years. Crazy thing is, they have different stuff every time i go, and or the store is a different layout. lol Always seem to have what im looking for no matter how odd

  32. @ZakariaElectronics January 29, 2025 at 2:08 pm

    Very nice

  33. I haven’t been to EPO in something like 20 years. Time for me to go check it out again!

  34. Love you Ruby!!!! ❤

  35. el soundtrack, la señora hablando español de fondo, el estilo vintage simplemente increible, me encanta este video, i love this video, pls pls make more

  36. Awesome place, but looks like a fire hazard and not wheel chair accessible.

  37. I’m at the store EPO and it’s awesome.

  38. Been a few years since I’ve been to EPO, it is one of the best stores you can go to if you love electronics. computers. etc.

  39. ADORE EPO! It is my personal heaven! – Johnny

  40. OMG I live in Michigan but after seeing the first isle I’m going here!!! I Know I’m going to be in heaven. Thanks for this video!!!!!!

  41. I luv dumpster diving in places like that. it’s just as amazing what gets thrown away. I live by where Compaq computer used to be and they’d always throw away brand new computers. The only thing better than finding stores like this is seeing those same parts come back to life in a project.

  42. My wife won’t go in there with me because I throw tantrum like a child in a toy store when she wants to leave.

  43. EPO was the first place i ever worked – truly no other place like it! It doesn’t look that different shockingly from when i worked there!

  44. This store has always been legend status

  45. What the crazy is that??
Haha that’s funny to say , cool video

  46. We used to have something like that here in Arlington, Tx. It was called electronic discount sales. You could buy anything there

  47. There used to be an EPO over in Clearlake area. They shut it down probably 10 years ago now. But I used to go in there all the time. I absolutely loved it. It always reminded me of Doc’s workshop from Back to the Future! I will definitely have to go stop by here!

  48. Yep. This store has bailed me out a couple of times. Recently i needed a pair of caps for my vent hood, otherwise I would have had to spend a lot of money for an oem appliance repairman or even potentially replace the whole thing if parts are nla. Micro Electronics did not have what I needed, but then EPO to the rescue! They had the caps in the exact rating and michicon no less. A fantastic and eclectic collection of stuff. Love this store!

  49. My favorite place!!! I’ve taken friends there who don’t know a thing about electronics, and they have a blast! great experience for one and all. 🤨😊🖖
